The Resource Ministry Area is divided up into to two parts. The first part is facility management. Facility management is in charge of overseeing the maintenance of the buildings, land, parking lots and any vehicles. This includes: cleaning of the buildings, snow removal, lawn care, regular maintenance, land usage issues, etc. The other part of the Resource Ministry Area is administration. Administration includes overseeing the day to day operations of the church, supervising volunteers and the paid staff and monitoring the budget.
